Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sophia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
